Weekend girls trip with my mother and daughter. The guide was excellent, funny, informative and entertaining. This tour was a great combination of historical information and spooky stories. Not too scary for kids but entertaining for adults. So nice being a small group. Passed others where the groups were so bug the guides needed microphones to speak. Highly reccomended! Thank you!!!

We have been on several ghost tours but this was our favorite. We met outside the Starbucks which was convenient since we got some tea and excellent banana nut bread while waiting. Ephraim was on time and gave a very interesting story regarding the haunting at the Casa Monica Hotel. His stories were based on fact with multiple historical references weaved throughout. We made about six stops, each filled with ghostly stories, digital pictures against the unique backdrop that only an ancient city like St Augustine could provide. Ephraim was informative, funny and very entertaining. Families of all ages would like his presentation. He also does a lot of work with children when the schools are in session. We particularly liked his smaller group size having been at the tail end of large group tours where you miss half of what is being said. All in all, Ephraim gives a great tour at a price better than most.

We enjoyed learning the history of the area as well as the ghost stories. So far no repercussions from hubby touching the original 1720’s haunted jail lol!

From the moment we started the tour we were entertained by the history and ‘spooktacular’ goings-on of St. Augustine. We do ghost tours on nearly all of our trips, London, Paris, Charleston, Savannah, etc… and found this ghost walk to rank among the best.

Outstanding tour. Entertaining look at the rich history of the area and it’s paranormal vibe with a gifted storyteller. Ask to see his photo of the balcony above the old rose garden.

Great tour! Learned a lot. Small group, so it was easy to hear everything. Ephraim was very knowledgeable and entertaining. One of my kids stated that when she is in school she gets bored with the lessons. She said that with Ephraim though, he kept her attention the WHOLE time and she actually wanted to listen and learn more. Now that’s a win! He interacted and joked very well with all of my kids! I would highly recommend this tour.

Me and my fiance really enjoyed the tour. We liked that it was a small group and the tour guide was super knowledgeable about ghost stories and had lots of cool anecdotes when discussing the local ghosts. I also liked how the guide had pictures that the past guest had sent him to show us and told us about his personal experiences with ghosts in the area. Overall great experience and would recommend if you are interested in a ghost tour.
